The Rapides Foundation's Economic Development Initiative includes a Business Culture and Environment component that supports activities of the Central Louisiana Economic Development Alliance (CLEDA) as the vehicle to build cooperation, coordination, teamwork and social cohesiveness for regional economic development objectives.
